30 Minute Quick Workout

1) Body Weight Squats-3 sets/20 reps

2) Push Ups-3 sets/20 reps

3) Walking Lunges-3 sets/20 reps

4) Triceps Dips-3 sets/20 reps

5) Pull Ups-3 sets/10 reps

6) Running Sprints-3 sets/30 seconds each
